The Court of Cassation of Abu Dhabi has confirmed a sentence passed by the Criminal Court against a man convicted of molesting a two-and-a-half-year-old twice.
The Criminal Court had sentenced the man to 10 years imprisonment and subsequent deportation on a charge of child molestation in addition to one-month imprisonment for illegal residence.
