The UAE recorded 1,206 Covid-19 cases on Saturday, as daily infections reached a 2021 low for the second day in a row.
A further 1,385 people overcame the virus, meaning daily recoveries have exceeding new cases for the sixth day in a row.
The number of active cases across the Emirates stands at 20,249.
Three more people died after contracting coronavirus, bringing the death toll to 1,997.
Infections remained below 1,300 for the fourth straight day, capping off an encouraging week of declining case numbers.
The UAE has now recorded 700,587 cases since the outbreak began, while 678,341 people have beaten the disease.
Authorities reported a record day of testing for the third time this week, as 321,610 PCR tests were conducted.
This surpassed the previous best of 321,439 set on Thursday.
