FUJAIRAH // A verdict on a drugs case involving two juvenile Emirati brothers has been delayed by Fujairah Criminal Court until October 28.

The brothers are accused of dealing drugs, whereby one would smuggle pills hidden in the insoles of his shoes to his brother in a Fujairah prison.

The brothers would exchange shoes and the one in prison would then sell the drugs to other inmates.

The prison administration monitored the brothers after guards suspected they were up to something.

However, laboratory tests showed that the jailed brother was free of any traces of narcotics, so the case has been delayed for further information.
