Amazing
Among the WWE superstars in Dubai is AJ Styles, 38, who made his debut in the company in January at the Royal Rumble. It is not the first time the American has visited Dubai, and he said: “It is a beautiful place. The hotels are amazing. There are so many great things about it and I can’t wait for the opportunity to get back there.”
All or nothing
Styles, pictured, is scheduled to face Kevin Owens in a singles match on tonight’s card, and it will be the first chance for UAE-based fans to see him in a WWE ring. “I have one gear, it is all or nothing, and I just want to have entertaining matches and give these people what they want,” Styles said.
Triple threat
Tonight’s main event is a triple threat match for the Intercontinental title. The Miz, who is the title holder, defends against Dean Ambrose and Sami Zayn. Ryback challenges Kalisto for the United States championship, while other leading matches include The Big Show facing Alberto Del Rio and Dolph Ziggler going up against King Barrett.
Tickets
Tickets are still available for both nights, with regular ticket prices starting from Dh350. They can be bought at the tennis stadium, www.platinumlist.com or from UAE Exchange branches.
