Previewing the race, Gary Meenaghan outlines where organisers see the tour going:
“We want to become one of the top tours in the world and we are doing good work,” Dubai Sports Council secretary general Saeed Hareb said.
“In this second year, we will do much better, and in another couple of years, we want to increase the number of stages. We will never stop.”
