The National Sport front page on Thursday, January 29 features tennis world No 1 Novak Djokovic after he set up a semi-final showdown with defending Australian Open champion Stanislas Wawrinka.
Djokovic is a four-time champion in Melbourne and will be looking to avenge last year’s quarter-final defeat to Wawrinka when the two face each other in the Rod Laver Arena on Thursday.
“We always ask from each other the most of our own abilities on the court, so I am looking forward to it. I’m ready for the battle,” Djokovic said ahead of his clash with world No 4 Wawrinka.
