The angle starting at about :28 gives you the best idea of what happened here, but basically Syrian footballer Moataz Alsalhani for the Jordanian side Al Wehdat flicks the ball with his back heel from about 30 yards out ... and scores.

Alsalhani couldn’t have possibly been trying to do that, but it’s one exquisite accident.
