Omar Abdulrahman strides onto The National Sport front page on Saturday, February 4 after playing a key role in Al Ain's Arabian Gulf League victory over Al Nasr on Friday evening.
Al Ain, playing under new manager Zoran Mamic for the first time, ran out 3-0 winners at the Hazza bin Zayed stadium, thanks to goals from Caio, Ismail Ahmed and Omar Abdulrahman from the penalty spot.
The win was vital to Al Ain’s hopes of winning the AGL title, considering Al Jazira, who lead their rivals by seven points at the top of the table, had earlier defeated Kalba 1-0 at the Mohammed bin Zayed stadium.
