Thomas Woods predicts the outcome of week 11 of Premier League fixtures, which include Liverpool playing Swansea for the first time in over 30 years and Sir Alex Ferguson marking 25 years as Manchester United manager against Sunderland.

Newcastle v Everton

Newcastle are on a roll - unbeaten, playing attractive football and with an eight-goal striker in Demba Ba, it is hard to see that run ending against an Everton side sitting just above the bottom three. 2-0

Arsenal v West Brom

Nobody ever really doubted Arsene Wenger did they? Arsenal's season has turned around with four successive victories, the most impressive last week's 5-3 thriller at Chelsea. With Robin van Persie in the form of his life, it should become five out of five. 3-0

Aston Villa v Norwich

Villa have been solid at home, but they host a Norwich side whose performances on the road should have yielded more than five points from five games. Look for them to hold their own against a Villa side who don't exactly ooze goals. 1-1

Blackburn v Chelsea

It doesn't get any easier for Blackburn, who saw three points become one in the last eight minutes at Norwich last week. Chelsea will bounce back after the Arsenal game, they have too much quality for Blackburn, who will likely stay in the bottom three. 1-3

Liverpool v Swansea

Luis Suarez has put in several top class displays in the last few games and he could tear Swansea apart at Anfield. The Welsh side have conceded just once at home, but 14 times away. 3-0

Man Utd v Sunderland

United's early season gusto has evaporated but the should be able to see off Steve Bruce's men. Manager Sir Alex Ferguson has an excellent record against his alumni - Bruce was United's captain in 92/93. However, don't expect it to be pretty, given the way United have performed in their last three games. 1-0

QPR v Man City

City's first away game in London since they three away three points at Fulham. QPR will be confident having beaten Chelsea in their last home game, with a little help from the referee. City have too much quality on paper, but you never know what might happened on the road. 1-1

Sunday

Wolverhampton v Wigan

Two struggling sides, who have a combined one point from their last six matches. Wolves have home advantage and more firepower. They should come out on top in what will be a battle of attrition. 2-0

Bolton v Stoke

Speaking of struggling sides, Bolton used to be hard to beat at the Reebok Stadium. Now it has become a happy hunting ground for visiting teams. However, Stoke have had the fewest shots (24) on target of any team this season. Their strength lies in set pieces. Bolton badly need a win and should get it. 1-0

Fulham v Tottenham

Few sides in the Premier League have as much attacking talent as Spurs. If they can get ahead in this London derby, they could romp home. They will remember losing 4-0 at Craven Cottage in the FA Cup in January - it could easily be 4-0 Spurs here. 0-3
