Four days after the hugely successful UFC 251, the first of three Fight Night shows takes place at Yas Island

Hello and welcome to The National's live blog for UFC Fight Island 1 - the first of three Fight Night shows taking place at Yas Island's Flash Forum.

We have five main card bouts to look forward to, including the headline clash between featherweight challengers Calvin Kattar and Dan Ige.

The National's John McAuley and Erica Elkhershi are inside Flash Forum throughout the show and will be posting regular updates, so join us for what is sure to be another action-packed night of MMA.
