Manny Pacquiao has released footage of a burglary that took place at his Los Angeles residence last year – while he was busy defending his WBA welterweight title against Adrien Broner in Las Vegas.

The Filipino, an eight-division champion, posted images on social media taken from CCTV at his LA home on January 19, 2019, which shows a group of five men entering the property before making off with goods taken from inside.

At the time, Pacquiao was making his return to the MGM Grand Arena following a two-year hiatus. He defeated Broner by unaminous decision to record the 61st victory of his career.

The footage, released on Wednesday, shows the aftermath of the burglary also, and states that the LA police discovered the front door to the house laying open during a routine check.
