DUBAI // Godolphin dominated Thursday's meeting at Nad Al Sheba. The stable's trainer Saeed Bin Suroor and jockey Frankie Dettori won four of the seven races, with their blue colours actually winning each race in which they were represented, highlighted by the victory of Desert Party in the UAE 2000 Guineas. He ran on too strongly for stable companion to give the team a one-two in the mile dirt classic and will probably be aimed towards the UAE Derby.
"He is a nice horse and has done that well," said Dettori. "The Derby is an obvious target but we have a lot of these three-year-olds so we can take our time confirming intentions." They also won the 1,300m turf conditions race for three-year-olds, with Dettori kicking his mount City Style clear over the final two furlongs. That win followed Yamal's success in the mile dirt handicap and Kirklees rounded off the night perfectly by winning the 10-furlong turf handicap.
Mike De Kock may have been out of luck in the feature and with sprinter JJ The Jet Plane, but did manage a double with Johnny Murtagh winning the opening seven-furlong handicap on Warsaw and the 10-furlong handicap on Art of War. Both races were on dirt and both winners wore the colours of Sheikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum. Doug Watson's Force Freeze, ridden by Fernando Jara won the 1100m dirt conditions race.
At Jebel Ali yesterday, Doug Watson's Call Me George came from last to first to win the featured nine-furlong handicap under Robbie Burke, while UAE debutant Amarna impressed many winning the seven- furlong conditions race under apprentice Antioco Murgia. Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.

ETFs explained
Exhchange traded funds are bought and sold like shares, but operate as index-tracking funds, passively following their chosen indices, such as the S&P 500, FTSE 100 and the FTSE All World, plus a vast range of smaller exchanges and commodities, such as gold, silver, copper sugar, coffee and oil.
ETFs have zero upfront fees and annual charges as low as 0.07 per cent a year, which means you get to keep more of your returns, as actively managed funds can charge as much as 1.5 per cent a year.

Sinopharm vaccine explained
The Sinopharm vaccine was created using techniques that have been around for decades.
“This is an inactivated vaccine. Simply what it means is that the virus is taken, cultured and inactivated," said Dr Nawal Al Kaabi, chair of the UAE's National Covid-19 Clinical Management Committee.
"What is left is a skeleton of the virus so it looks like a virus, but it is not live."
This is then injected into the body.
"The body will recognise it and form antibodies but because it is inactive, we will need more than one dose. The body will not develop immunity with one dose," she said.
"You have to be exposed more than one time to what we call the antigen."
The vaccine should offer protection for at least months, but no one knows how long beyond that.
Dr Al Kaabi said early vaccine volunteers in China were given shots last spring and still have antibodies today.
“Since it is inactivated, it will not last forever," she said.
