The 10th round of the 2020/21 Premier League season was completed this past weekend and despite the top four all dropping points, there was no movement in their positions.

Newcastle United got the weekend underway on Friday night with a 2-0 win at Crystal Palace thanks to a couple of late goals.

In Saturday's early game, Brighton & Hove Albion snatched a late draw against champions Liverpool after the latest episode of VAR controversy, before Manchester City rediscovered their goalscoring prowess to put five past struggling Burnley.

The day's final game saw Everton's alarming slump continue after Leeds United claimed a 1-0 win at Goodison Park.

Sunday began with promoted West Brom earning their first win of the season against a Sheffield United side who have picked up just one point so far this campaign. That game was followed by the thriller of the round as Manchester United fought back from 2-0 down to beat Southampton 3-2 at St Mary's Stadium.

League leaders Tottenham then held Chelsea to a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge, before Arsenal slipped to their fifth defeat of the season after Wolves claimed a 2-1 win.

In Sunday's late game, Fulham climbed out of the relegation zone with a surprise 2-1 win at fourth-placed Leicester City, and on Monday night West Ham made it three wins in a row by beating Aston Villa 2-1 after some more VAR intervention.
