Gareth Southgate's men look to regroup after losing 2-1 to Croatia in Wednesday's semi-final

Less then two days after the disappointment of missing out on a place in the World Cup final, Gareth Southgate and his England squad were back on the training field on Friday.

They take on Belgium on Saturday in Saint Petersburg in the third place play-off, with kick-off at 6pm UAE time. Belgium lost the other semi-final 1-0 to France on Tuesday.

It will be England's  second time in the third place decider. The previous occasion was in 1990 when they lost 2-1 to Italy, with David Platt scoring their goal.
