Two men made history in English football this past weekend.

In the Premier League, Burnley striker Chris Wood became the first player to score an away hat-trick before half-time in the Premier League in the 21st century in a remarkable display against Wolves.

In the Carabao Cup, Brazilian midfielder Fernandinho picked up a sixth winner's medal as Manchester City beat Tottenham Hotspur in the Wembley final.

Meanwhile, Leicester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho continued his extraordinary run by setting up Timothy Castagne's equaliser against Crystal Palace before scoring a brilliant winner.
