The former captain Lee Briers faces a late fitness test as he pushes to return for Warrington's engage Super League clash at Bradford on Friday.
The stand-off missed the defeats to Salford and Castleford over the weekend with a leg injury and is one of a number of players to be checked before the trip to the Grattan Stadium. Chris Riley and Vinnie Anderson are also hoping to shake off knocks after being named in the 19-man squad while Paul Rauhihi could be a late addition if he overcomes a calf problem.
Despite back-to-back defeats last weekend the club insist no player will be risked unnecessarily.
Wolves assistant coach James Lowes said: "We'll give them all late tests but you can't go to Odsal if you are not 80-plus per cent fit. If you are below that there is no point going. They'll take advantage of that.
"They are a very good side and it is a very intimidating place to play."
Meanwhile, Hull KR coach Justin Morgan has been charged with misconduct over his comments about referee Ben Thaler. Morgan was angered by Thaler's "substandard" performance in the Super League defeat by Huddersfield on Monday and said he did not want the official to referee his side's games again.
Morgan claimed Huddersfield were allowed to get away with "blue murder" and said Thaler needs to return to a lower grade and "spend some time learning the rules". Morgan will now face a hearing on April 22.

How much of your income do you need to save?
The more you save, the sooner you can retire. Tuan Phan, a board member of SimplyFI.com, says if you save just 5 per cent of your salary, you can expect to work for another 66 years before you are able to retire without too large a drop in income.
In other words, you will not save enough to retire comfortably. If you save 15 per cent, you can forward to another 43 working years. Up that to 40 per cent of your income, and your remaining working life drops to just 22 years. (see table)
Obviously, this is only a rough guide. How much you save will depend on variables, not least your salary and how much you already have in your pension pot. But it shows what you need to do to achieve financial independence.

Du Plessis plans his retirement
South Africa captain Faf du Plessis said on Friday the Twenty20 World Cup in Australia in two years' time will be his last.
Du Plessis, 34, who has led his country in two World T20 campaigns, in 2014 and 2016, is keen to play a third but will then step aside.
"The T20 World Cup in 2020 is something I'm really looking forward to. I think right now that will probably be the last tournament for me," he said in Brisbane ahead of a one-off T20 against Australia on Saturday.

A little about CVRL
Founded in 1985 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, the Central Veterinary Research Laboratory (CVRL) is a government diagnostic centre that provides testing and research facilities to the UAE and neighbouring countries.
