Season 4 of the Pakistan Super League Twenty20 competition got off to a glittering start in Dubai on Thursday night.
The Dubai International Cricket Stadium was awash in sound and light as those in attendance were entertained by a glitzy opening ceremony before game action began between reigning champions Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars close to 10pm.
Rocking the stage were such music groups as Pakistan’s Junoon and Boney M from the United States, as well as solo stars including Fawad Khan, Young Desi, Aima Baig and Shuja Haider.
