Giuseppe Rossi has said "anything can happen" in the summer regarding reported interest from Barcelona and Juventus.
Villarreal's Italy international striker has enjoyed a prolific season and was on the scoresheet again on Thursday during the Yellow Submarine's emphatic 5-1 Europa League quarter-final victory over Twente.
"This year I am doing well, it's my best season and I want to end it well," said Rossi, 24, who has 15 Primera Liga goals to his credit this season. "I know about talks of Barcelona but I am fine here at Villarreal and do not think about it.
"Juventus? When the season is over, we will see. In the summer anything can happen."
Villarreal have the chance to leapfrog Valencia into third place in the table should they beat Los Che at Le Mestalla tomorrow night.
