Dubai has gone Black Tap crazy with a third outlet for the popular New York chain opening on the Waterfront level of InterContinental Dubai Festival City early this month. The new location joins its Jumeirah Al Naseem and Rixos JBR branches. Custom street art can be found in every Black Tap, and renowned graffiti artist, Fumero – a long-time Black Tap creative collaborator in the United States – has created a signature wall mural for the new InterContinental Dubai Festival City venue, his first in the UAE.
