On October 31, your Uber app will feature an UberGhost option between 6pm and midnight. And if one is available at the time you're selecting it, you can get a free ride in a Rolls-Royce Ghost.
That said, it will be hard to get a ride (if the popularity of Uber's free donuts, which 'booked out' very quickly last May) is anything to go by. The Halloween promotion features approximately eight cars from the Rolls-Royce stable. Assuming that the average rider is 20 minutes away from his or her destination, that works out to about 144 possible rides over the six-hour window. Which means that you have to be super-quick to book the option at 6pm itself, or super-lucky to get one later in the evening. That it's a weekday might help your chances some.
Either way, whether or not you get to ride in a Rolls, every Uber car will be stocked with a free bag of candy, from Candylicious.
