Women can get free cardiovascular testing at City Centre Al Shindagha

Ahead of World Heart Day, which falls on September 29, women in the UAE are invited to take part in free testing for early detection and preventive measures against cardiovascular disease at City Centre Al Shindagha. The offer is part of the regional health campaign Feel the Beat, which aims to build awareness of heart health and motivate women to enjoy the benefits of physical activity.

If you can’t make it to one of testing days at City Centre Al Shindagha, all regional Majid Al Futtaim shopping malls will offer complimentary heart-health check-ups, including blood pressure, blood sugar and body mass index (BMI), all this month and through the middle of October.

• September 22-24, noon-7pm, main entrance, City Centre Al Shindagha, Bur Dubai, www.facebook.com/CityCentreAlShindagha
