Try traditional Balinese yoga with guru Made Sumantra

Attend a yoga session in Dubai for 200 people to celebrate Mandara Spa's 20th anniversary.

Mandara Spa will celebrate 20 years with a world tour by traditional Balinese healer, guru Made Sumantra, and a stop in Dubai is part of the festivities.

Sumantra will be in the city from July 13 for three days to conduct private healing sessions at the Mandara Spa at The H Dubai hotel and will also lead a yoga session for 200 people on July 15.

The therapeutic Balinese yoga session runs for 60 minutes and will begin with breathing and stretching, before moving into a series of yoga postures. It will end with cleansing breathing and meditation.

The session, at the Excelsior Hall in the hotel, costs Dh195, which includes a Mandara yoga mat to keep and refreshments.
