The trend towards healthy eating is garnering more interest by the day, and Michelin star chef Alfredo Russo is getting in on the action this summer by launching a new vitamin-packed superfood menu at his Dubai-based restaurant Vivaldi.
The new menu, which will be launched at Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo on July 17, offers diners a choice of “healthy dishes bursting with vitamins and minerals, low in calories and packed with delicious flavours and textures”.
The dishes have been carefully constructed by Chef Russo and his team, with each ingredient chosen for its nutritional value, based on the recommendations and advice of European health experts.
Some of the menu items include Insalata ABCDE, which is a salad packed full of vitamins, Salmone Semi e Brassicacee, a salmon fillet encrusted with multi-seeds and served with broccoli, and gluten free chocolate fondant with parsnip ice cream.
Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo is located at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers, and the superfood menu will be available for lunch and dinner Sunday to Thursday from July 17.
