Enjoy sunset yoga and detox dinner at Asia de Cuba

Bodytree has joined up with Asia de Cuba to start the Yoga Supper Club every Monday night in Abu Dhabi.

The evening starts with an energising hatha yoga class on the beach at Asia de Cuba at 6.15pm. This is followed by a beachside detox dinner.

Only 20 places are available on a first come, first served basis, or by reservation, and mats are provided. It is a mixed class.

Asia de Cuba is located at the Nation Riviera Beach Club, part of the St Regis Abu Dhabi on the Corniche.
