Comptoir 102 introduces morning yoga class with breakfast

There’s a new place in Dubai for morning yoga and it’s not at a studio. Healthy cafe and concept store Comptoir 102 has introduced classes on its outdoor terrace three mornings a week and the package includes breakfast too.

The sessions are taught by Soniya Mehra, Brittany Costa and Dina Ghandour and are held on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.15am to 9.15am. They cater for all levels, men and women, and include Jivamukti, ashtanga and other forms of yoga.

The class and breakfast costs Dh150 and participants are asked to bring a yoga mat.
