Hike for the day at Shawka near Big Red Rock with Gulf 4 Good as part of their #FitnessFriday initiative and in partnership with the UAE Mountaineering Group. The route is 5.5 hours and easy to moderate, suitable for all levels, goes through wadis and a camel farm and has a 250m elevation. It will provide spectacular views of the Hajar Mountains.
