Get up early on Friday and walk along the beach with the Gulf for Good fitness group, who meet regularly to train for the charity organisation's upcoming challenges. Dipping in and out of the shallow water along the shoreline, this invigorating barefoot hike uses balance and a full range of movement with every step and challenges the core and strengthens leg muscles.
