If you’re planning a trip to Ras Al Khaimah this summer, it is worth noting that the shuttle service connecting the emirate with Dubai International Airport will be free this season.
Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority launched the service which takes customers from terminals 1 and 3 at Dubai International and drops them at the main hotels in RAK in Februaryat a cost of Dh20 each way.
In a bid to secure more tourists to the northern emirate, which is home to the world's longest zipline, the body is offering travellers affordable, hassle-free access to everything it has to offer.
“Visitors can sit back, relax and enjoy the scenic ride before embarking on our world-class adventures, poolside family fun and luxurious pampering,” says chief executive of RAK Tourism, Haithem Mattar. “There is plenty on offer in Ras Al Khaimah this summer for both tourists and residents.”
Free water, maps and Wi-Fi is offered on board, and shuttle bus tickets can be purchased online at www.rakshuttle.com
