This strange-looking spy shot is not of a toy car but a 1:4 clay model that could be close to the new Smart that is scheduled to debut in March 2012. The major limitation of the Daimler-owned Smart ForTwo city car has been its inability to carry an extra body or two, but this looks set to be remedied next year. If this model is anything to go on, the four-seater would have rear doors, making access to the tiny rear at least somewhat easier. If this is true, it will make the car a bit more competitive with base-level city cars such as the Chevy Spark, and premium vehicles, like the Audi A1 and the BMW Isetta. Smart's new addition would probably stay as a rear-wheel-drive, keeping the engine below the floor of the boot. The added length for the rear seat comes from an elongated wheelbase. Although currently unnamed, it is rumoured to keep the ForFour name, although forTwo+2 would be another option. It will be Smart's first four-seater since the failed first-generation ForFour. Rumour has it the car will be available with several engine options, a passive hybrid, and perhaps even a full electric model.
Labour dispute
The insured employee may still file an ILOE claim even if a labour dispute is ongoing post termination, but the insurer may suspend or reject payment, until the courts resolve the dispute, especially if the reason for termination is contested. The outcome of the labour court proceedings can directly affect eligibility.
