Perry & Blackwelder's, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, is hosting a leap year party to celebrate the extra day . Those born on February 29 can enjoy a complimentary two-course dinner, including a main and a dessert. And other guests can also take advantage of a selection of beverages priced at Dh29 all day. Cavalli Club Restaurant and Lounge is celebrating anyone with a February 29 birthday, as the special occasion comes around every four years.
