Pros The apartment comes fully furnished and is built to the highest spec. There's a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and rent includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, Dewa, two covered parking spaces and access to the pool and gym.

Cons Rent is steep, even given the five-star-hotel association.

They say This is a three-bedroom apartment on a very high floor in the most prestigious location in Dubai.

We say The location is fantastic – everything that you could ever possibly need is within walking distance. The apartment is tastefully furnished, although it does have a bit of a generic, hotel-room feel. Even so, Dh720,000 is a lot of money for an apartment.
