To celebrate Ramadan, the Hilton Abu Dhabi has created an impressive replica of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque using white chocolate.
The executive pastry chef Praveen Kumar and seven members of his team spent 100 hours sculpting the mosque and chiselling details into the showpiece. They used 130kg of white chocolate to create the culinary work of art.
The chocolate mosque will be on display in the lobby of the Hilton Abu Dhabi until the end of Eid Al Fitr.
