SushiArt is kicking off the new year with new dishes by a celebrity chef.

The Japanese restaurant in DIFC has enlisted the skills of celebrated French chef Joël Robuchon to revamp their menu with the inclusion seven new dishes. Below are the seven new creations coming your way in 2014:

Crispy Lobster

: Maki crispy lobster and banana yuzu sauce

Hawaian Roll

: California basil shrimp yuzu mango sauce

Spicy Ebi Roll:

California shrimp tempura spicy tuna yuzu sauce kosho

Cut’N’Roll

: Spring roll surimi.

Sushi St Jacques

: Sushi St Jacques miso sauce

Spicy Cucumber Salad

: Spiced and marinated garlic

Salmon Tartar New Stye

: Finely chopped salmon seasoned with a sauce
