Located at Manarat Al Saadiyat on Saadiyat Island, the restaurant has a range of camel-inspired dishes that includes harira soup with onion, garlic, chickpeas, lentils and tomatoes served with fresh chunks of camel meat; homemade ravioli packed with camel meat, ricotta, pine nuts, Parmesan, onion, garlic, capers, thyme and tomatoes; and East African stew, with camel meat fillet, couscous, almond flakes, dates and pomegranate.

Pizza lovers can opt for the camel sfiha – Arabic-style pizza with minced camel, crushed pine nuts, cumin, paprika-infused mozzarella, halloumi, pomegranate and fresh coriander.

And, if that’s not enough to fill you up, don’t miss the bread-and-butter camel-milk pudding served with saffron-flavoured camel-milk ice cream. And the ubiquitous camel burger is on offer, of course, with the patty served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomatoes and halloumi cheese.
