Rivington Grill in Dubai launches summer menu

Taste summer on a plate at the award-winning British restaurant Rivington Grill, as they introduce a new menu with seasonal flavours.

The Souk Al Bahar and Madinat Jumeirah restaurants have spruced up the menu with 23 new dishes. Starters include crispy baby squid with Cornish salt and devilled tomato mayonnaise and roasted scallops served with fresh salt marsh samphire and cherry tomato dressing.

An in-between main course On Toast has been added to the menu, which has devilled chicken livers and heritage tomato and pickled beets.

The main course menu begins with a grass fed lamb chop served with cucumber, mint, caramelised potatoes and roasted garlic and goes on to include bangers ‘n’ mash with onion gravy.

The Rivi’s From the Shores new dishes include the river Avon rainbow trout served with broad beans, among other seafood offerings.

Wrap up the meal with English strawberry Eton mess or a yellowman crunchy cheesecake with warm chocolate sauce.
