ICONS Coffee Couture in Dubai’s Souk Al Bahar has just added new raw, vegan desserts and gluten-free delights to their menu. One new addition is the Raw Chia Cereal Bar, which is packed with superfoods (vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free). The bars contain dates, walnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds. Other healthy, new items: gluten- and sugar-free cookie shots; flour- fat- and sugar-free chocolate muffins; sugar-free protein choco bites and a raw, vegan, sugar- and gluten-free chocolate brownie. Guilt-free desserts. What could be better?
