Rang Mahal at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai has best of 2016 covered

It may be Christmas but Michelin-starred Chef Atul Kochhar’s Rang Mahal restaurant at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is putting on its birthday party hat too, offering its guests a celebratory menu for them to enjoy until December 30.

Crafted by multi award-winning chef Amrish Sood, the menu is packed with new modern and innovative Indian dishes that have been thoughtfully prepared and served during the venue’s most memorable occasions in 2016.

Diwali favourite, Dilli Kee Chaat Aur Gujrati Farsan, which is made up of a selection of Indian savories, is on there, as is guest favourite Dakshin Ke Sawad, a dish that was offered in celebration of India Independence Day and dedicated to the timeless heroes of Indian history.

To end the night on a sweet note, a goose berry sorbet with Indian Pale Ale, the IPA Sorbet from the Britain meets India menu, will be plated up.

The anniversary menu the restaurant’s nod to the past four years, as it clocks up its fourth year in operation.

Rang Mahal by Atul Kochhar is located at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and the anniversary-inspired six-course menu costs from Dh275 per person and is available from 6pm to 11.30pm daily until December 30.
