Must-Try Dish: The Social House’s Quinoa roll

  • English
  • Arabic

The Social House in the Dubai Mall has just launched a new menu for Autumn and we want to try everything on it.

Head chef Aldo Volpi has come up with new seasonal dishes, such as an aubergine, ratatouille and goat cheese timballo, crispy duck springs rolls and paella valenciana.

Quinoa plays a starring role on the new menu. There’s a new Indian style quinoa biryani as well as this must-try dish: the quinoa roll. It’s a nori roll filled with togarashi (chilli pepper) seasoned quinoa, cooked salmon, bell peppers, avocado, spinach and umeboshi (pickled ume fruits).

The Social House is open Sunday through Wednesday from 9am — 11:30pm and Thursday through Saturday from 9am — 11:45pm. For more information, call 04 339 8640.
