What better way to spend quality time with family, friends and colleagues than with the Peruvian sharing-style of dining, which you can soon experience at Mayta restaurant, which is scheduled to open in Dubai in January.
Mayta was established in Lima in 2009 by the Peruvian chef Jaime Pesaque, who is known for creating visually stunning dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients. He said: “I am thrilled to be bringing Mayta to Dubai and am looking forward to introducing the menu of modern Peruvian food to locals and visitors alike. I am extremely passionate about all things Peruvian and we are excited to bring a taste of Lima to Dubai, a place where guests can experience a true Peruvian bistro atmosphere, somewhere in which they can indulge and relax”.
The dining space at Mayta will seat 120 guests and combines rustic Peruvian features with modern decor and warm lighting, as well as a ceviche bar.
