Masala! Food Fair in Dubai

If you love Indian food, mark your calendars. The first Masala! Food Fair will take place during the upcoming Dubai Food Festival in February.

The two-day outdoor Masala! Food Fair will include street food from India, live cookery demos from renowned Indian chefs, food competitions, and a Masala marketplace. Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, who just opened his latest Signature restaurant at Nation Towers in Abu Dhabi, will be on hand to host cookery demonstrations and judge the food competitions.

Organisers of the festival are also securing international music acts to perform during the festival. Those artists will be announced closer to the festival's date. The Masala! Food Fair will be held at Zabeel Park on February 20 and 21. It's a new element to this year's Dubai Food Festival, a three-week culinary journey that runs from February 6 — 28.
