is a great food orientated website for children, set up by the British Nutrition Foundation, with a focus on teaching young people of all ages about healthy eating, cooking, food and farming. What's particularly good about it is the interactive nature of the site. It's divided into sections by age (3-5, 5-8, 8-11, 11-16) and each of these is split into modules, with an explanation of what the module is aiming to cover for teachers or parents and ideas for how to back the information up. For the children, there are videos to watch, games to play and recipes to experiment with. For example, in the 5-8 years section, they're asked to create a healthy packed lunch by clicking on illustrated items and dropping them into a lunch box. Slightly older children (5-8 years) are provided with recipes for healthy treats with videos to accompany them. Well worth checking out.
