Later this year Raffles Hotel Dubai will open Solo by Chef Corrado Pani and Sommelier Luca Gagliardi, offering a main dining area, mezzanine level and terrace for outdoor alfresco dining.
In the capital, Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa will be swapping its Moroccan restaurant Agadir with a new Italian eatery, slated to open next month.
The restaurant — which hasn't been named yet- will offer contemporary cuisine, with produce being sourced from Italy. The menu has been designed by Executive Chef David Contreras and Stefano Micocci, the Chef de Cuisine. It will feature antipastos, handmade pastas, Alla Piedra pizzas and signature dishes, such as Tagliata Florentina, which will be carved at the table.
Diners will be able to reserve the Chef’s table, lounge seating or a table in the private dining area of the restaurant.
