The hour-long show, hosted by the world-renowned chef, bestselling author and Emmy-winning television personality, launched this past weekend and offered an inside look at Myanmar. Cafe Habana opens in Dubai
New York's legendary Cafe Habana has officially launched its Dubai outlet and received its beverage licence. New macaroon flavours
TWG Tea has unveiled two new macaroon flavours: the jade green Matcha Macaron and the turquoise Vanilla Bourbon Tea and Kaya Macaron, available at the TWG Tea Salon & Boutique at The Dubai Mall for Dh9 each.
Summer cooking camps
Abu Dhabi's APi CAE Gourmet in Khalidiya will hold summer camps in June and July for little chefs. The cooking programmes will teach kids how to prepare healthy recipes and have fun in the kitchen, while polishing maths and reading skills and providing arts and crafts activities. Free churros for children
For Mexico's national children's day, El Dia del Niño, Taqado Mexican Kitchen in the Mall of the Emirates will give free churros to children 12 years old and under on Tuesday (8am to midnight).
