Spill the Bean, a new speciality coffee shop at Dubai Sunset Mall, serves up 100 per cent organic coffee. There’s even a row of bookshelves in the back if you want to linger over your cup with a novel.
The coffee shop will officially open on March 3, offering organic, freshly roasted Arabica beans based beverages just as you like them - choose from cappuccino, latte, flat white, long black, espresso or decaf.
Also on the menu are fresh juices and an assortment of loose-leaf teas, besides cakes, cookies, muffins, bagels, quiches, sandwiches and salads.
And there's a wide selection of books at the back – all provided by The Book Shelter. Customers can also donate old novels to this "library", if they wish.
