Jollibee, a wildly popular fast-food chain in The Philippines, is officially open for business in Dubai. The food court eatery opened last week next to KFC in The Dubai Mall. The excitement surrounding the chain's arrival in Dubai was evident during opening day. Security had to set up red rope partitions to manage the large crowd of people queuing up to get a taste. A second Jollibee is scheduled to open soon in BurJuman. www.jollibee.com.ph
