Cooks participating in a culinary workshop this month will learn the nuances of gastronomic perfection from two well-known chefs in Delhi and Dubai

Award winning restaurant Indian Accent and the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management have teamed up this month to offer a five days culinary session that will be held in India and Dubai.

Manish Mehrotra, Executive Chef of Indian Accent at The Manor in New Delhi will demonstrate his signature dishes and inventive culinary techniques in the Indian capital. Attendees will then be flown to Dubai to work with Michael Kitts, Director of Culinary Arts and Executive Chef at the Emirates Academy and try their hand at creating Arabic cuisine.

The chefs will demonstrate a blend of classic culinary arts, creativity and modernity during the sessions, which will be wrapped up with a tour of the restaurants at Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah.

The first session, which is underway, began on September 4 and ends on September 9 with the team participating in two cooking demos in Dubai.

The second session will be held between September 25 and 30 this month.
