We’ve just received the schedule for this weekend’s Emirati Kitchen as part of the Abu Dhabi Food Festival. Held on the East Plaza of the Abu Dhabi Corniche, The Emirati Kitchen will celebrate the best in Emirati cuisine. Featuring Emirati chefs and chefs who specialise in the cuisine, the event will offer four masterclasses each day.
Guests can register online for a class with Emirati chef Khulood Atiq, Syrian chef Wafaei Alzaham, Syrian chef Saeed Fawaz, Scottish Chef Jordan Annabi, Emirati chef Ali Ebdowa or English chef Grant Ballinger. There is also a cookery class for kids with Australian chef Justin Galea. Participants can enter their creation into a competition on the spot for a chance to win a dinner for two at a local restaurant. Classes are Dh10 each.
The Emirati Kitchen runs Thursday, February 5, Friday, February 6 and Saturday, February 7 from 4pm to 10pm. To book a cookery class, visit emiratikitchen.ae
