World renowned chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa is back in Dubai this week and will two exclusive evenings for dining enthusiasts at Atlantis, The Palm.
The evenings, to be held on Saturday, November 26, and Sunday, November 27, will start at 7pm. Guests will be presented with a Japanese and Peruvian influenced tasting menu crafted from Chef Nobu’s favourite dishes.
For Dh650 per person foodies will be provided with sashimi four ways including king crab, daikon roll, jalapeño and salmon jime, followed by a selection of Nobu’s famous hand rolled sushi and his signature black cod jalapeño miso.
The celebrations will continue on the Nobu terrace from 10pm until 1am, where Chef Nobu will host an exclusive after-party. Guests can purchase a drinks package for this part of the evening for Dh200 per person (if purchased alongside the tasting menu, Dh300 if purchased separately).
Chef Nobu’s visit to Dubai is his first in two years. The Japanese culinary master opened the very first Nobu restaurant in partnership with actor Robert De Niro in 1993, in Tribeca, New York City. There are currently 33 outlets across the globe and the Dubai venue at Atlantis, The Palm, is one of them.
