The Cavalli Caffe has officially opened at The Beach Mall in Dubai. In addition to coffees and desserts, the Italian cafe’s menu offers a range of signature dishes for lunch and dinner as well as a chocolate corner where you can get your sugar fix from an exclusive range of Roberto Cavalli chocolates. The collection includes unique flavours such as cinnamon, chilli pepper, coconut and gianduja cream with salt.
There are starters, salads, sandwiches, pizza and pasta on the menu as well as heartier dishes, including slow roasted lamb rack and ratatouille, fillet of sea bass with Tuscan seafood stew, veal escalope or jumbo prawns with a chilli and grapefruit marinade. And there are plenty of beverages on the menu that go way beyond coffee. There are six different kinds of shakes including macadamia nut and strawberry cheesecake. Or opt for one of the 18 house specialities like the warm apple pie (apple juice, cloves and cinnamon) or red sand (strawberries, brown sugar, guava, watermelon and ginger ale). If you’re looking for a healthier drink, there are six boosters and purifiers on the menu such as the hydrator, packed with cucumber, carrot, celery and apple.
