Carluccio’s restaurants across the country are introducing a Middle Eastern grill menu to their regular Italian cuisine.
The grill selections will be available in all locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Doha and will include five different meat and fish skewers, such as grilled calamari in lemon butter sauce, grilled fillet medallions in herb and lemon sauce, grilled sea bass and more.
The skewers come with two sides such as spicy broccoli or mixed mushrooms. Or, guests can choose a gourmet salad from the deli such as tomato and mozzarella or the tuna and farfalle pasta salad.
The new menu is available exclusively from Sunday until September 3.
